As u know rich is nailing down a number of small $$ 2014 items. The only item of any note that I'm
aware of is the timing of the $17mm interest payment to apo1 in 2014 or early 2015 and the potential
implications on the timing of jan taxes (1/15 v 1/24). I assume you're on top of this and will let rich know
