Hi! How are you? Even that I was in NY all week I didn't have time to possibly see you since I

I went to my gynecologist this week, just a regular check up and she made me consider R.11)....I
did some research and not sure, I would prefer not to do anything, but I was wondering what is
your opinion? The hormonal one, Mirena or copper one , Paraguard?
