I just recd a phone call from East River imaging. Your insurance requires a submitted request prior to
appt if they are to pay for your testing... I told the representative you will pay yourself. She said that is
fine, but you can't then submit to be reimbursed from insurance. She will honor United healthcare's
discounted rate of 51924 80 (normal cost is 52500)
