Hi Jeffrey.
I'm working on the LW for the Smart Things investment. Should we set up a new LLC for each
investment if we do more, or set up a vehicle that we use for all of our investments? I'm going to set it up
so I get 50% of the upside, but I assume you want the losses right? Do you have a lawyer my lawyer can
work with?
What should we call it?
