Just talked to Alghanim lawyer who told me that is categorically not for sale.
He may well be giving me the dodge on this. But for me to run with the story -- which I would
love to do, as the idea that there are people willing to pay $200 million for a house in Manhattan
is a big deal I think -- I need more detail.
