You have an appt at East River Imaging at 8am on Thurs. Jan. 2nd. The CT scan's will be first.
You may only have clear liquids (nothing carbonated) starting at 8pm on Wed. Jan. I st and from
4am Thurs. Jan. 2nd on, Nothing at all. The ultrasounds will be done after the CT scans. Please
take your Health Insurance Card and a Credit Card with you.

I have been told they have your script for all these tests from Dr. Moskowitz in PB. FYI-I could
not make your appt for tomorrow after 4pm because East River Imaging is closed.

Dr. Moskowitz has ordered CT scan Chest,Abdomen, and Pelvis,
Ultrasound of thyroid and Ultrasound of Left supraclavicular area to
East River Imaging. Call to schedule.
