The coil in original air handler (23 years old) in the 5th floor mechanical room that sends air to
the 6th floor movie room expired.
After finishing clean up today Rich Barnett will request from AD Winston a proposal for a new air
handler unit.
New carpet and new ceiling will be required for the gym as well.
