Leaving: Carlos said its about 1/2 hr. to West end of Tortola to check in with
Customs then you can go to Road town. The whole process takes about an hour.
Coming back: You would have to check back into the US through St. John.
Boaters Cards: Are no longer accept anywhere. Border and Patrol new laws for safety
measures.
