Apollo Management IV, LP issued a final K-1 to Leon (BFLP) as of the short year final return for
the period ending 4-18-2007. There were no subsequent K-I 's issued to Leon or Black Family
Partners from Apollo Management IV, LP. We learned earlier this week that Apollo
Management IV, LP issued a final K- I to AIF IV Management Inc as of April 2007. Per Apollo
