Since this is your priority, I will put the draft of the GRAT and new recipient trust aside and put together the chart you arc requesting. Also, have not yet spoken to Harvey Eisenberg (the drafting attorney)--chart will help with that as it will focus on all ambiguous terms for him to comment on.
