Hi Mr.Epstein as I reported the =rane XR 80 unit in the basement air conditioning part of t=e unit was never hooked up
by the contractor the owner and realtor had no =dea .The owner called the ac contractor and he confirmed he never
finished=the work. I was also shown the roof top condenser units this time =or the ac part of the system which hidden
above the roof terrace steel dun=age in the wood inclosure which is difficult to access. The AC contractor =s meeting
with the owner today to discuss finishing the work.
