As Boris says, he and = have been discussing opportunities for him to identify, work with and mak= investments in early
stage•companies doing breakthrough work in life scie=ces and technology. Boris has demonstrated a strong talent and
passion for this but our business structure doesn=3 allow for Boris to direct 100% of his time in this type of role. As suc=,
we have been discussing and planning for an eventual transition that wil= allow Boris to fulfill this ambition.
Over the past 6 years =ith the foundation and the last 3 of those working directly with me, Boris=has made a major
contribution to our success. Now, with our programs=established and working so well Boris has decided to start the
process of taking this next career step. Althou=h lam sad to see him go, he does so with my full support and
confidence.<=:p>
Boris has agreed to co=tinue working with us through the end of the year to ensure a successful t=ansition on the
projects he is involved in.
