What I discussed so far w=th Bill is that:

1) &=bsp; Transition —= it is in mutual interest to make this transition as easy as possible.&nbs=; I was proposed to stay
on working as normally at bgC3 until December 1 2013.
Everything will be as normal with few exception — on all em=ils that I am sending to Bill I should cc Larry. Also on all
meeting that I am scheduled to attend with Bill someone else should be present. &n=sp; If it is 1:1 Bill and me, Larry or
someone else should attend as =ell. I should be attending all meetings with only exception of those=meetings at Bill and
Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) that Melinda is attending (I was told it would be only few of these=.
Bill and Larry will plan some announcement that would go out to e=eryone in BMGF and BgC3 that would state that I
decided to focus on a next chapter in my life and relocate from Seattle — there=ore I decided to leave my job. It is not
clear when such announcemen= would go out.
2) &=bsp; New Job — B=lI would call/write etc to various people to help me find the other job.

3) &=bsp; Economics —=Bill told me that for a such smooth transition they would give me 2-3M sev=rance pay. There is
a possibility to convert that into Foundation Medicine stake.
Also he proposed that I get a part of an upside of these two inve=tments that are closed — Foundation Medicine and
Research Gate. It is not clear how much I would get it as this was a verbal a=reement (The minimum they were
proposing few months ago was 30%). He=was emphasizing that this is very generous — something that we stron=ly
disagreed.
