At all the meetings and sessions with people steve was asked directly or obliquely how this was different than the org
style used in Windows.
oh, guys from the finance perspective say proxy battle imminent and stock goes to 40 by 8/15. according to a guy who is
on Bloomberg all the time talking about this, they asked for a board seat and were declined. org starting to feel like
poison pill to them since they were leading with selling off xbox which is not split in two groups. lots of very specific
focus on overseas cash coming back to shareholders too. wild.
