The investor presentation was a solid 10. But the performance has been exemplary. 52% average asset value
appreciation if the fund since inception 18 mos ago. We announced the launch of fund ii this am an it was 66%
subscribed right there on the spot.
Tom is in st thomas. I have not heard anything further on that yet.
