I have contacted Peter Mahler from Mahler Private Staffing and described the two positions we are looking to fill: New
Mexico & Celebrity Assistant
I was very impressed with Peter and organization. They have 700 clients of which 250 are in the Forbes 400.
When i mentioned the LSJ search and the $10,000 paid on our behalf from Steve Hanson i was told we have no credit
available.
Peter stated that LSJ search was a big loss for their organization as they spent close to $25,000 on making 7 qualified
candidates available.
When they were ready to present candidates they were told search was over.
He also stated that searches are not transferable to other entities or properties.

We spoke about fees which are as follows:
1) 30% of annual salary
2) 4 month guarantee however this is negotiable
3) $10,000 retainer
Peter is going to send me engagement docs to review for New Mexico & Celebrity Assistant
