It is hard for me to give you any kind of definitive c=st proposal or fee structure without knowing exactly what kind of
help you= friend is going to need. If it is a matter of me putting together a campa=gn plan, or road map, for you to give
them to follow that's one thin= or if it is a situation like my role as Senior Campaign Advisor, where I =ssentially ran
everything for John's election and re-election that i= something completely different.
In addition to nailing down what is needed for his campaign, I also h=ve a number of questions that I need to review

with and what other ancillary related data information is availab=e;
= What i= the real story of what went down with the resignation of President Nashee= and the subsequent
ascension of President Waheed. I read the CONI report =hich is a finely crafted state document version of what they
want the worl= to perceive but the real question still begs answering because that story=is, no doubt, being discussed on
the street in the general Maldives'=population;
*&=bsp; What is the direction that President Waheed is taking the Maldives. The=research I have at this time seems
to indicate a significant faction withi= the Maldives moving to ensure that Sharia Law is not only implemented but=that
it is more strongly enforced within the daily public and secular live= of the Maldives which appears to be what a majority
of the populations is=calling for;

holder in the Indian Ocean and thereby through and into the Pacific The=tre and the recent comments from Assistant
Secretary Robert Blake seem to =ive off a sense of tacit support and endorsement of the Waheed Presidency =ut I would
like to know the official "unofficial" position of =he State Department in all of this.
