Re cochlear implant issue=— I ended up having extremely crazy day (at mtgs for the most of it)= Just catching up with
most urgent issues.

We have 10 days to decide=which implant to give. So it is not that urgent.4=>

A surgery will be perform=d at UW — I double checked today. A surgeon, a day and the res= is already selected. We are
just seeking a second opinion re the type of the implant.

I thought he needed surgery so I looked for the best surgeon.
This type of issue can be handled by several people I think.

His dad has already a sur=eon. A question is much simpler — he needs to decide which of =hree devices he wants
3 choices are:
1. Maestro cochlear implant =ystem by Med El (medical electronics)=/p>
2. Nucleus System by Cochlea=
3. Advanced Bionics

It seems that his surgeon=has some relationship with one of the company/device so we are just trying=to be better
informed.
Do you know anyone who co=ld recommend which one of these three?
