I understand that this process has become frustrating for both of us. The =ajority of your points are not unreasonable
per se, and it should be feasib=e to incorporate them but it takes us in a very different direction that wh=t we discussed
in Paris... which was a simple two page letter agreement=covering the key points but based on a fundamental trust and
simplicity.&nb=p;
If the documents and structure need to be more =nstitutionalised with Escrow and fiduciaries, it definitely affects how
Jac=b and I had first imagined this — with your very significant help.&nb=p;
Solina now says she is fine with whatever struc=ure and will sign within 24 hours of receiving the documents. The Kuoks
and=Jacob's father are in the same place. So I think we can either 1) make suff=cient adjustments that you are
comfortable while not lawyering it to death,=2) run parallel vehicles, one with you governed by more comprehensive
docum=nts, and one for the others based on the two page concept. Bottom line is w= really want you involved, your
advice, guidance and mentorship has been cr=tical thus far and moreover, we have much bigger plans for this beyond
the =irst $50 to $80 million which we believe you would make the perfect partner=for us.
So let's see if we can resolve the differe=ces today or over the weekend.
