I think because you gave your dates and they always tried to accommodate and you cancelled 3 times they aren't happy

He didn't write anything nor did I talk to him he just forwarded the email to me as I did to you.
Also he usually forwards everything to my uncle so I wanted to ask you if you could please be a little more formal if
you're planning to email him again.
They are really really formal especially when they haven't met the person yet.
I'll see what they are going to say but what I wrote in the email is what I was planning to tell my uncle when I see him.

Il m'a dit qu'il t'avait envoye un mail le lendemain auquel il n'aurait pas eu de reponses.
Il semble qu'il a un contretemps du a une mauvaise coordination de son programme avec celui d'autres
partenaires qui doivent l'accompagner a Abidjan.
Je pense qu'il te contactera a nouveau directement pour se mettre d'accord avec toi pour de nouvelles dates.
