can be provided to the Beneficiary.

the remaining provisi=ns of the Agreement shall not be effected and shall remain in full force a=d effect. The Parties
hereby agree to replace any such provision held to b= null and void or unenforceable by a new and valid provision.
Any correspondence between the Parties in relation to t=is Agreement shall be sent to the email
