emotional intelligence, interpersonal relations and sex if he wishe= to do so. The Beneficiary will try his best to take the

Clause 4. Term=/U>

The Agreement shall =ommence on [1, 2011. Its duration is unlimited.

Either party may ter=inate this Agreement upon written notice sent by email or text message to =he
other Party if that other Party fails to cure any breach of this Agreem=nt within thirty (30) days after receiving such
written notice. The right =or each Party to terminate the Agreement for breach is without prejudice t= the right to claim

Clause 5. Confide=tiality

The Apprentice under=akes to keep strictly confidential and not to disclose any information tha= she
acquires during the performance of the Favors to third parties at any=time either during or after the termination of this

Clause 6. Insuran=e

The Apprentice under=akes to take out all necessary insurance policies covering any risk and da=age
that might arise from or in connection with the performance of her obl=gations.

Clause 7. Miscell=neous

The fact that either=Party fails to invoke any provision of this Agreement or to claim breach o= such
provision shall not be interpreted to mean that that Party has renou=ced the benefit conferred on it by that provision.

If any provision of =his Agreement is declared to be null and void or unenforceable for whateve= reason,
the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall not be effected=and shall remain in full force and effect. The Parties
hereby agree to rep=ace any such provision held to be null and void or unenforceable by a new =nd valid provision.

Any correspondence b=tween the Parties in relation to this Agreement shall be sent to the
email=addresses indicated at the beginning of this Agreement.

Clause 8. Governi=g law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is go=erned by French law. The Tribunal de premiere instance of =U>Paris shall have
exclusive jurisdiction to sett=e any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, inclu=ing any dispute
regarding the performance, the object or the termination=of this Agreement.
