2. Basement installation: As the courtyard needs to be redone to re-align th= levels, the best access
would through the courtyard as you suggest. I woul= guess that the basement spaces on the street side extend to the
front terr=ce boundary thus making an opening relatively straightforward.
3. Entrance: A mid sized removal van can make it through the door in reverse= I imagine heavier/larger
equipment would be lifted over the front section.=br>
