I'm needing rotator cuff surgery June 17th (a big ich ) . =ery sadly had to cancel our special trip to The Cove /Atlantis
=or just 4 days with our family (they too will have to survive =ut being me ,i was /am, guilty) or had to put off =he
surgery for another month (and I just mentally or painfully , can't - need it over with - hear it's awful but a =ust-do).
Lot's of re-hab . Like to think by the Fall , and =olidays , I'll be nearly perfect !

I just wasn't blessed with a great spinal section or =our brains.
