As discussed, attached breakdown of =xpenditure & photos of areas for possible development.
Purpose of:
Wash Pad - is to eliminate the problem of mud & oil =esidue getting into the septic system at Ranch
Central, hence this area would =e used to pre wash all Ranch vehicles & equipment. As of date we are =sing the
mechanical workshops as our wash bay.
Pole Barn - will give us the ability to service our larger =achinery & equipoment, in an enclosed
environment year round.
