The Jojo thing is a tricky one but I don't know why I =m leaning toward yes he would stay. I may be crazy.
Unless, and this i= the hard part with you and your generosity, the financial incentive would=be lost by putting him in an
equal financial position whether he stayed or=not. This is hard to think about when the mans wife is dying I know.

I lean more toward yes than no.

(but the thought of Jen being your=driver....) would feel safer if it were M, she would be on time and in=the correct
