In discussing it with the team, we agree to work with yo= for the $100,000 you proposed. In
addition we require all project re=ated expenses including but not limited to all travel, and professional renderings, to
also be covered by you. <=u>
We are still checking availability of the various profes=ional rendering companies we work with,
but given the multiple components o= the project, we should anticipate approximately 10 renderings at $4,000 each.
We have never done a project design without professional=renderings, as they are one of our
most important tools we have as architec=s, and we certainly don't want to start now. It is a lot less expensive to view
and modify the designs virtually rather t=an after they are built.
If you are in agreement with what we have set forth abov=, I will have Christian send you an
official proposal/ letter of engagement=
