The topo confirms that the coconut groove area behind the Buck 5=eel building does not have the area needed to place
a new 4,000 square foo= building due to the CZM setback of 50 feet.
John=is concerned about erecting another building in that area, which may bring=to CZM's attention that the existing
Buck Steel building is in fact wi=hin the established 50 foot setback.
