Jeffrey
Kearney emai= below, I spoke to him, and agrees with Eric's approach especially coving e=posed metal.
I will check for a Teflon or some typ= of spray to add sheen to carpet.
-yes muffler under floor fwd cl=b area changed.
-back order on rear muffler under baggage compart=ent.
-yes isolation mounts were changed last week.
-fan balance starts tomorrow, Kearney can only travel on Wednesday to New Y=rk, his "cat" sitter is only available at
that time. I will have Kearney sp=ak direct to Dallas Airmotive during fan trim. And bring him up to NY for t=st flight.

Please note that the he=dliner panels and the valence panels have been previously treated with an a=oustical
barrier material laminated directly to the panels.
=span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-s=ze: 1.0pt;">As noted in my prior e-mail, the cabin area
windows are not well=insulated and have bare exposed fuselage. This would be treated as pe= the open cellular
acoustic foam.
The window line=and lower side panels would be treated with two (2) different acoustical ma=erials:
A high performance vibration dampening m=terial would be adhered directly to the composite lower side,
window l=ne and headliner panels.&nbs=; This composite dampening material is very effective at reducing the airborne
sound generated by vibration of these panels.
Additionally, we wil= also incorporate an Aeroblanket which consists of one layer of an Aerobarr=er material
bonded to one layer of Nomex fiber. This over frame blank=t is used to close out the insulation and pr=vent a direct
path for sound to penetrate into the cabin.
More specifically, the AeroBarrier compon=nt of the blanket is highly effective in reducing overall sound levels
and t=e fiber is very effective at reducing high frequency sound levels.
=p class="ecxMsoNormal">The cost to procure and install these m=terials is $16,870.
<=span>
Please let me know if you world like us to install these acoustical dampening materials so that we can order
them ASAP and ship overnight or if not, allow us to continue reinstalla=ion of the interior.
