I am serious when I say all precautions should be=taken to prevent damage while performing demo or
construction. You kind of l=ughed at me today when I mentioned this when I can by to check out your wor=. I have
thought about this and decided to best put it in an email. In your=position or role as assistant manager you should be
protecting Mr. Epstein i=vestments and belongings as well as helping Anna. You have to have Annas ba=k 100%. I would
gladly help you with this as Mr. Epstein wants a 5 star hot=l operating and functioning efficiently and seamlessly for
himself and all g=ests. You are expected to set the example and be part of the team. I would g=adly give you some
pointers and help to achieve Mr. Epstein vision. I am ne=ring completion of the first punch list and this will give everyone
a clear=picture. Also this email is not up for discussion with other staff. We have=allot to accomplish and Anna needs
your commitment. Lets discuss on Tuesday=with Anna and I hope you can commit to Anna and Ito Mr. Epstein vision.

2. entire floor in demo area should be prot=cted with wonder board - see picture
3. all floors in house that you a=e walking on should have wonder board down or clean moving blankets
Also in the future Mr. Epstein emailed me tonight that=both swimming pools are off limits to staff
including me. I asked for mysel= and that was his reply. I did not mention your using over the weekend as 1=always ask
before using anything I do not own.
