I have an outstanding line at Private Bank (my bank, no pressure) for 300k,=which they will continue to carry. I am slowly
paying off my contractor 22=k, and I have a two tax obligations 105 to California due May 6th, and 480= Federal due in
December. California I will pay off on that date, and fede=al will be paid from a film fee. I have no outstanding liens and
my credit=rating across the board is above 720.
