no, i maybe the showe= room has to be upstairs. you need to have an image of the inside of=the pool and living room
otherwise we will not get anywhere„ door opening= windows all have an effect. the plan is easy

It will have a huge=effect on the stairs down to the pool.
The Spa was just a =uggestion..it is now gone.
If we move the mech=space east, it will block the view off the shower room.<=p>
And the mech space =eeds to have access off the road as well as fresh air intake.<=o:p>

G-7A:
The mezzanine has been taken out.

Two sets of doors symmetrically placed on the north wall.
Entry into the pool room will be through these doors.</=>
Stair option going from +57' above all the way down to &=43;38' below.
Shower room is now at the southeast corner with a possible view ou=.
( We need to verify this with the existing topography )
The Pool equipment room is now at the southwest corner.=/p>
( Fresh sir intake for HVAC and access could be a problem h=re )
G-7B:
Same exact pool plan with the mezzanine taken out.
Another stair option going down to the +38' level at the=northwest corner.
Introduction of a "Patio" at the entrances to the pool=with the vehicle drop-off between the doors.
This is a much better transition from the pool to the exterior and=gives us a buffer to the road.
Additional mechanical/pool equipment space to the south of the sho=er.
( we need to verify topography here )
