Initial inquiry with PBOC indicated that it is doable, need to make some exceptions which we think we can manage. We
will follow up with PBOC for that purpose in the coming weeks.
We have been working on luxury brand acquisition in Europe. I have been contacted for a significant minority
transaction for a leading brands in the luxury consumer space for about 1.5 B euro. We are very interested but need
further support. Is this up your alley?
