Starfire was able to cruise in the USVI waters because r=gion is" duty free". Capt said St Thomas & St John fall in this
category wherea= Puerto Rico would require payment of duty.
Non US Crewmembers are ok b/c they have B-1and B-2 Visa= good for 90 days- 6 months.
Checked my notes, we originally looked at Bermuda, Isle of Man-didn't consider USVI. =/span>
Separate subject-fyi-survey for the takeout financing ha= been done, should have the report early next week but
indication is that th= boat has held value, close to last survey $25M.
