The grass area outside the =ool needs refurbishment, total area measures 90 x 50 = 4500 =q/ft
Stone Gate is prepared to discount sod price =rom .79 cent per square foot to .53 cents per square foot
which calculates out to $2385.00 @ .53 for 4500 ft Vs =3555.00 @ .79 for 4500ft, a savings of $1170.00
Sod =ould be picked up in May
The bill of sale would reflect the above terms , how do you =ish to proceed.
