I know that Gary has approval of $ 25,000 but since construction is way behind schedule I'm not sure if you want me to

I received a purchase request from Gary in the =mount of $ 2,113 for wood flooring for the main house expansion
project that is not budgeted for and I'm told that it was added by you but your =ignature is not on it.
Also how do you want me to handle items being =urchased for a budget line that is already over budget?
