attached is a promissory note dated 10/15 for your review
based on conversation today with barry and review of materials he sent there should be 700,000 cash after sale and
closing costs
i told him repayment of the note must occur as first priority and said if your were to lend 200k then net proceeds from
sale must be paid from buyers attorney escrow directly to darren escrow account
concern is that currently barry has an agreed upon price offer sheet only mold and terminate inspections are just
beginning - there is no signed contract yet..
please advise if we should proceed with loan
