I think you know that the Crown family has an eye for the bottom line on investments and does not really care
too much for the movie biz. I think I can sell them on the below terms which I hope will suit your purposes and ours. i
think if we can agree, we can execute asap and get a wire out next week.
1. 2 Year term @ $300,000 in overhead per year.

3. RC to receive 7.5% ownership in projects commenced during the two year term, and 2%
ownership of those BJ projects that are already set up.
4.
5. RC to receive 50% ownership on those projects that Si and RC mutually agree to
develop/producer together.
6. 10% interest per annum on the overhead (i.e. the $300K) from "overhead reimbursement" line
item from any and all production budgets that go into production as of execution of this agreement.
