In this=deal there was no difference from where money is coming =3Bas Marissa and Zack know me (and Bill) well.
The issue wi=h money coming from Bill for this deal is that a timing could not be worse= Larry traveling on his honey
moon, Bill just started raveling for few w=eks, people ►including BGI) out of the office.
You told me to go out =nd find a deal and that money would not a problem. This could not =e a simpler and smaller
deal. And I was counting on you.lt was very important for me to get this deal done because of several imp=rtant
reasons.
And it would be a big problem for me that I =3Bcould not pull this deal - I might move out of Silicon Val=ey immediately
(Marissa and Zak know everyone in the Valley).

Nevertheless, it is great that BGI jumped in as well as that = even had other people offering to come instead for a whole
=eal (David Schwartz, Nicolas etc).
Please do not get me wrong - I am EXTREMELY grateful for ev=rything you have done - and this will never change
regardless how much you=can or can't help going forward.
