We are still negotiating with our bankers , but not successful ,it will be ideal if I can find a Uk bank to lend me as
the interest I pay to my dubai bank is a lot
The hotel is doing very well ,
1just managed to cancel the 15 year management contract with a Uk hotel operator who use to take £480,000/
year with zero efforts as most guests are hotel customers before I signed this management contract 4
years ago, so that is an additional £480,000 revenue per year , i have appointed a good hotel manager a
year a go and she is doing a fantastic job she has increased the revenue and cut the costs, today we
operate at 90% occupancy , she is opening a champagne caviar bar that will be attached to the main
restaurant which should increase the revenue of the restaurant at night again this champagne bar will
be at no cost as we managed to get the champagne supplier to pay for all the construction and
furnishing .we also opened a cigar bar in the open courtyard that is very popular.
