heat. Would the guest house of the ranch be avaialbe? It will probably be just me solo, or maybe Janet as
well, not sure yet. Thanks and let me know next steps if its available. Also Jeff, do not worry about
amenties, staff, service etc. If the ranch is shorthanded, its no problem, as I know that Brice is no longer out
there. I'm low maintenance. Thanks and let me know. Howse your routine going in PB? Are you getting
