1. We need to give an initial deposit of $10,000.44 now.
2. We need to give the balance of $30.001.32 on Sept 12 (this is based
on $299.00 + 8% tax + $58 resort fee/day = $380.92 x 78 room
nights = $29,711.76 plus Estimate food and beverage of
$10,290.00 - Total is $40,001.76)
3. If we have less than 85% of the room night commitment we will have
liquidated damages of the difference between 85% and our actual usuage
multiplied by the average group romm rate.
Lawrence Krause has set the anticipated attendance at 45 people and we are
booking 25 rooms.
