I have a copy of Gensler's contract and they are pushing to proceed.
We talked about revisiting the structure which will significantly change their design development drawings.
Have you had any conversation with Warwick on the structural items we discussed?ie:removing the
adm.off(which Jeffery agreed with), removing the tunnel, and treating the cottages and theater pavilion as
three independent structures with the basement spaces within the main floor footprint where possible, which
should materially reduce the extensive foundation designs shown on the development drawings.
We should set up a conference call to describe the changes and get an estimate for additional services.
I am traveling Mon.and will be in the Texas off Tue.l will call you Mon. afternoon to see if you can arrange a
time Tue. we can talk to Warwick.
p.s.are you getting response from Molyneux?
