what meeting., where , when , why,? has she made a proposal, ? make sure any communicatin in
writing is overly geneorous , I really look forward to us being able to reach a fair resolution. I
have yet to see a proposal, and would like to avoid what could become an emotionally driven
event for the both of us. In that regard , at this time , i suggest we leave this to the lawyers , and
see if they can resolve any differences we might have. This period of time has been difficult for
the both of us, and would aim for a forward looking solution .

she would like to have jacques( ceo of louis dreyfus) attending the meeting as well as she says finding a compromise. I
