We have a negotiated a design build contract that I want to execute for $592,160.TSG was the low bidder
on the first go round and offices on St.Thomas.Since starting back up we have coordinated the plan
revisions with them and Mcguire, and negotiated the price for the design build.
TSG is my reccomend contractor of choice,Darren is reluctant of approve due to no other bids.
