If i were you, i would beg borrow and steal to get joes attention on your deal. I realize how
difficult a period this is for you. Im sorry. If it were me, I'd offer to give away a signifigant portion
of your stock, in exchange for someone saving it. not me, and i don't know if joe would do it.
the language of deals is not the language of science. the alternative is to have your father try to
sell the co or the family interst. he speaks the language although i recognize other issues involved.
