Just tried calling but the connection was bad. We prefer to stay with the commission as it is stated in the listing
agreement. Based upon what you told me we during the negotiations we have a deal at 450k all cash. Has that
changed? Please continn that I may communicate with your attorney and generate a contract with the agreed upon
