Please find a reconciliation of the S2M spent to date (it's actually SI.8M - spreadsheet attached).
Sony for the delay but compiling this data involved pulling from 3 companies over 4 years and then culling through die
data, unfortunately it not something that was handy.
By way of some context, Earthjet was a franchise business that operated thru 2006 which involved offering equipment for a
common fleet. This was at a time when it was tough to find a charter. The company evolved into BusinessJetScats with Al
Rapetti: and when when he fell ill, the Company negotiated with the shareholders to restructure, made the deal with Hays,
and renamed the business Greenjets.
The assets/software.4P of Earthjet and 13JSI are under the control of Greenjets.
1 hope this provides some clarity to the situation.
