this is from a memo i received today... please get to the bottom of this„ Most
interesting is the affidavit of Rush which indicates that he taped the conversation which
you had. Under Florida law, taping a conversation is a third degree felony. I believe
that we might have an interest in filing some papers if you are completely unaware that
you were being taped.
