Hello Jeffrey,
I have been working with deJongh architects on the master bathroom addition and prepared a
sketch to help them configure the addition to match the sketch from Pinto and have talked them
thorugh the design. DeJongh architects will issue the building department documents next week
for review and issuance to the building department for filing.
I have been working with Gensler Group to further the design development of the existing
house, especially the column and cornice design so that the deJongh architects can incorporate
these details onto the master bathroom extension of the porches.
I have (finally) received the dimensiions of the painted canvas ceiling panel for the office
building ceiling from Andre at JPM studio and am completing the ceiling layout drawing to be
issued to the field for layout.
I have been reviewing the revised budgets for the mechanical building. The exact scope of the
additions needs to be carefully considered for each stage of expansion and extension.
I am sending to Brice (with a copy to Richard Barnett) options for generators in Palm Beach
taking into account town regulations. Including the costs by Owner I think the overall cost will
be about $ 125 K. Brice and I have just had a long conversation about this.
I've been organizing and finalizing reimbursbles, a task that I don't like to do and keep putting
off. I'm an architect, not an accountant.
My very best regards, Douglas
